Property & Leasing Manager
Ross G. Way – Director of Property Management, joined AMC in 1983. Ross is responsible for the operations and leasing of commercial properties. Ross graduated from Wichita State University in 1985 with a B.A. in Business Administration/Real Estate and Land Use Economics.
Chief Financial Officer
Norman P. Foster – CPA & President, joined AMC in 1988. Mr. Foster is responsible for AMC’s accounting and finance. Norm graduated from Emporia State University in 1980 and earned his CPA certificate in 1981.
Troy Hagerman – Property Manager, joined AMC in 1983. Troy is responsible for operations and leasing of mini storages and apartment properties. Troy graduated from Wichita State University in 1991 with a B.A. in Business Administration & Accounting.
Administrative Assistant, Property Manager
Lisa M. Crittenden – Administrative Assistant, Property Manager, joined AMC in 1997. Lisa is responsible for accounts receivable/payable and office operations. Lisa graduated from Emporia State University in 1987 with a degree in Housing & Interiors.
Jake G. Way – Property Manager, joined AMC in 2005 while still in high school. Jake has worked in all facets of the company while attending Butler County Community College and Wichita State University. Jake started in landscape and property maintenance/construction, and then on to on-site mini storage management, apartment leasing/management, and now commercial property management.
Brenda Grow – Accounting Assistant (part time), joined AMC in 1996. Brenda is responsible for supporting the CFO in all aspects of the accounting and finance. Brenda graduated from Wichita State University with a Psychology degree in 2006 and obtained her Masters in Marriage & Family Therapy from Friends University in 2011.
