Anderson Management Co., which owns and oversees Northrock Business Park at K-96 and Rock Road, has announced five new tenants for the 17-building business park.
The tenants, their location and square footages are:
• Aerospace Testing, Suite 302, 2,200 square feet.
• Cascade Health Services, Suite 207, 650 square feet.
• D3 Technologies, Suite 204, 1,430 square feet.
• Phoenix Home Care, Suite 213, 3,700 square feet.
• 180 Medical, Suite 1002, 1,700 square feet.
The office park is running at more than 90 percent occupancy, says Ross Way, partner in Anderson Management, which represented the business park in all the leases.
The only outside broker involved was for Aerospace Testing lease, Way says. Kris Wessel, commercial specialist with Grubb & Ellis | Martens Group LLC, represented the company.
Meanwhile, Anderson Management is working on a couple deals for Northrock Business Park’s newest building. The 16,000-square-foot Building 1100 was completed in May, Way says. And business is good enough that the company plans to start work on another building, of 18,000 square feet, later this year.
“It’s starting to pick up even more,” he says.
D3, engineering and design technology consultants, relocated to Northrock Business Park on Tuesday after its lease at a previous location expired, says manager Trish Corcoran.
“Northrock Business Park met our business needs a little bit better,” she says.
